Dr. Lynn A. Jones is Associate Professor of Byzantine, Armenian, and Islamic Art and Architecture at Florida State University. She specializes in the medieval East: the Empire of Byzantium, the kingdoms of Armenia and Georgia and the Islamic Caliphates.
